IV therapy is generally safe for most individuals. We do not provide services to anyone under the age of 18. After booking your appointment, our medical provider will review your patient intake form, including your medical history, to ensure IV therapy is appropriate for you.
Yes, with certain limitations. If you indicate that you are pregnant or breastfeeding on your intake form, your information will be carefully reviewed by our medical director to ensure IV therapy is safe for you.
We understand your plans can change. We do require 24 hours’ notice of cancellation or rescheduling. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the scheduled time will be charged the full amount of the service fee. Payments are non-refundable; however appointments may be rescheduled in accordance with this policy.
